We hope you love your Hoghedge book. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Changed your mind?

If you ordered your book online and simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book, without giving a reason.

Please contact us at hello@studiosundara.com to let us know you'd like to return your book.

The book should be returned in its original condition. Unless the book is faulty or was sent incorrectly, you'll normally be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Has your book arrived damaged or faulty?

We're sorry! Please email hello@studiosundara.com as soon as possible, ideally including your order number and a photo of the damage or fault.

If your book is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll work with you to put things right, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@studiosundara.com and we'll look into it for you.

Gift orders

If you've purchased Hoghedge as a gift and need to arrange a return or refund, please contact us as the person who placed the order. Any refund will normally be made to the original purchaser.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
